Charlene Ossler, Executive Director
Charlene OSSLER, RN, PhD is Vice President of Zhi Dao Guan, The Taoist Center, in Oakland. She has a distinguished career in public health as a researcher and educator and is retired from Vice President, Zenith Insurance, a workers compensation insurance carrier. A graduate of University of Maryland , Catholic University of America, and Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, Dr. Ossler co-founded the Taoist Center with Dr. Feng. She is the Executive Director for ICIM.
